Why Race Is More Important Than Ryan Gosling: A...
Over the past 24 hours, and no I’m not kidding, I have been trying to piece together my emotions and thoughts about an “incident” that happened in the public forum of the internet over the past 2 days on a Tumblr blog of a local Richmond feminist zine called LIPS (http://lips-richmond.tumblr.com).

RIP, Victory Rug Cleaning..
oregonhill:
Yep, it’s true. Victory Rug has filed for bankruptcy and their big ol’ building on Cherry Street will be auctioned off later this month. I’ve walked by this building so many times, I never thought this business would soon be gone forever.
Looking forward, I’m curious what you folks would like to see take its place? Art spaces? A non-profit? Another small business?
